Terms and Conditions: Instant Turf Melbourne Specials
The following terms and conditions apply to all promotional offers and discounted rates advertised by Instant Turf Melbourne, including but not limited to our current limited-time special starting from $180°C. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
1. Subject to Availability & Stock Limits
All promotional pricing is strictly subject to availability. We source our turf directly from local growers; therefore, specific varieties and quantities are limited. Offers are valid only while current stocks last. Instant Turf Melbourne reserves the right to withdraw any offer or adjust pricing once the allocated promotional stock has been exhausted.
2. No Rainchecks
Promotional prices apply only to orders placed and paid for during the specified promotional period. We do not offer rainchecks. If a specific turf variety is out of stock during the sale period, the discounted rate cannot be “held” or applied to future harvests or alternative varieties once the promotion has ended.
3. Minimum Order Requirements
To qualify for our promotional rates (including the $7 per square metre special), a minimum order of 30 square metres is required per delivery. Orders falling below this threshold will be subject to standard retail pricing and may incur additional handling fees.
4. Supply and Delivery Only
Instant Turf Melbourne is a supply and delivery only service. All advertised specials exclude:
- Site preparation or soil removal.
- Professional installation or “laying” services.
- Post-delivery maintenance or watering.
5. Delivery Zones and Fees
While we deliver across the Melbourne metropolitan area, delivery fees are calculated based on your specific location and are not included in the per-square-metre turf price unless explicitly stated. Please provide your suburb at the time of inquiry for a comprehensive quote.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of live turf, orders for promotional stock are cut to order. Cancellations or significant changes to order volume must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your payment.
